Our NM Extravaganza event went very well. Thank you to all who showed up. The totals for mobs killed and drops/items obtained were:
- Rose Garden : 0/1
- Beryl-footed Molberry : 0/4
- Trompe L'Oeil : 2/2
- Sozu Sarberry : 1/1
Read on for the details and some cool screenshots from the event...
Rose Garden
Rose Garden was spawned en route to the Temple of Ugglapith. We killed him with no drop.
Beryl-footed Molberry
Beryl-footed Molberry was spawned 4 times through-out the evening. No drop. He did manage to kill Meretrix once (but Trix forgot his shadows, so was his own fault :-)
Trompe L'Oeil
We spawned Trompe L'Oeil twice as two people needed him for the quest. Killed him easily both times.
Sozu Sarberry
Between Trompe L'Oeil spawns, Sozu Sarberry spawned. We claimed him, killed him, and got the drop. However, he did kill Maior twice and Meretrix once. This drop is worth anywhere from 8 million to 20 million gil and will be divided equally among those members who were there.

Rose Garden
I am zero for two on Rose Garden and WHM 65 cannot even make a dent in him. So I give up.
Solo hasted NIN 75 tears him up, though; drop percentage is said to be 12% or less.

Sozu Sarberry
Listed as 1-8 hour lottery spawn from tonberry cutters. Also, his NIN 2-hour does not seem to be HP dependent and will usually damage players around 1Kish (per various posts on Allakhazam)
W/e, the antican NM is a bigger ass than this guy.
Now, go bake me a cake +3!

The Antican is a dick; he picks on squishy brds, he uses 2 AM spells on me, kills my NPC AND doesn't drop my item.... he's not an ass, he's a dick.
The tonberry is just a badass and seems to be angry at the world, plain and simple. His Mijunsnggfg Majurhbieomdeath and Throat Stab are mean...
