OK I know forsure I will have RDM but BLM is 24. I should be able to get it to 30 in 3 weeks though so your choice.

As if this had to be said, but I'm your DRG. ^_^ I can always use a mage job if it's needed more, but either way I'm in.

Well, honestly, I've always wanted more firepower when we hit the boss at the end of the promy, but I'll admit that DRG never fit in normal promy parties for the way up.

The big problem with DRG in parties on the way up is Utsusemi. Every melee that runs up needs blink because of the big AoE attacks that knock everyone back. Without blink, these slow moving high damage attack will lay the normal player low. DRG can sub NIN, of course, but doing so turns the Wyvern into a healing one... which means that we lose out on the extra DD we need for the boss.

Anyway... with an alliance, we can easily take up other jobs. So, my vote is for at least one DRG :-)

After 2 pretty good parties - I've gotten DRG to 29 and should have 30 in no time. I will need to get like 2k to get WAR to 15 as sub. Maxing out gear as I go, and if I break the bank, I can buy shadow gear to take
if it's a great benefit. I imagine shadow killer has to help out. If anyone knows for sure....

I need to finish the NIN scrolls if I'm going to take a DD job up then. I know you said RDM isn't as popular either, so I can focus on either 16 WMG or 16 BLM. I'm guessing probably BLM since we seem to lack depth in our numbers there. Let me know.
